涂料、油墨、粘胶剂中6种REACH高关注醇醚类物质检测方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 建立了涂料、油墨、胶黏剂等工业品中REACH高关注的乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、二乙二醇二甲醚、三乙二醇二甲醚、乙二醇二乙醚等6种醇醚类化合物的气相色谱(GC-FID)快速筛查和气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)确证方法。样品用甲醇超声提取,离心、过滤后用GC-FID、GC-MS上机检测,外标法定量。结果表明,基质在4组平行添加条件下,6种醇醚物质的回收率(n=3)为80.2%~112.3%,相对标准偏差为0.06%~8.50%,方法检出限分别为1.0 mg/L、0.1 mg/L。 To develop a method for determination of six kinds of alcohol ethers in coating, such as ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoether, ethylene glycol ether acetate, diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, triethylene glycol dimethyl ether and ethylene glycol diethyl ether printing ink and cementing compound by gas chromatography. The samples are extracted by methanol, detected by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector and gas chromatography-mass spectrum. The results show that under the four adding levels of coating, printing ink and cementing compound sample matrix, the average recoveries of six kinds of alcohol ethers are 80.2%~112.3%(n=3), the relative standard deviation were 0.06%~8.50%, the limit of detection are 1.0 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L.
