摘要
着眼于乘用汽车的内饰功能和使用环境,对乘用汽车内饰材料进行了分类,提出了安全可靠、环保健康、舒适美观和经济可加工的乘用汽车内饰选材4个原则。通过将现代信息系统运行管理的研究成果与乘用汽车内饰材料的选材评价方法相结合,发现基于计算机系统的神经网络评价法、基于数学模型的灰色局势决策法和基于网络的交互式设计选材法,有助于乘用汽车内饰产品更具整体感、协调性和适应客户的个性化需求,并优化内饰模块的材料配备、加快模块的设计生产周期,为形成内饰模块和整车内饰的多样化设计提供决策。对未来乘用汽车内饰材料发展趋势进行了分析。
In view of the features and use of the environment of the automobile interior, the automobile interior materials were classifted,and four selection principles of interior materials were summarized. These principles are safe, environment - friendly, healthy, comfortable, beautiful and economical. The development of the automobile interior materials in the future was analyzed. The research result of the modern information management system and the selection principles of interior materials show that the evaluation method based on the neural network computer systems, gray decision - making method of mathematical model, and the internet interactive design are helpful for keeping the interior more complete and harmony,which are suitable to the clients' personal requirement. In addition, it also facilitate to the optimization of the materials equipment of interior module, and the acceleration design and production cycle. It provides decision - making for the diversity of design of interior module and vehicle interior.
