摘要
对云南中镁高硅低品位混合型胶磷矿进行了可浮性试验研究,设计了合理的优先浮选试验工艺流程,结果表明:在不添加碳酸钠、水玻璃用量为5 kg/t的条件下,采用1次正浮粗选、1次正浮扫选和1次反浮粗选的优先浮选流程,获得的精矿质量可以满足P2O5品位≥28.5%、MgO质量分数≤1%的销售指标要求,且精矿产率和回收率分别为62.82%、85.47%。优先浮选是选别中镁高硅低品位混合型胶磷矿最合理的工艺,其流程简单,可实现全流程开路作业,药剂用量少,易于产业化应用。
A reasonable process for preferential flotation was designed by performing floatability tests on the mixed type of low grade collophanite ores containing medium content of magnesium carbonate and high content of silicates in Yunnan. The results show that the concentrate at weight yield of 62.82% with 85.47% P2O5 recovery can be obtained from the feed by use of the preferential flotation circuit composed of one rougher, one scavenger for direct flotation and one rougher for reverse flotation at a Na2SiO3 dosage of 5 kg/t feed without addition of sodium carbonate. The quality of concentrate met the specifications for marketing target:≥28.5% P2O5, and ≤1% MgO. The preferential flotation is the most acceptable process for beneficiating low grade mixed type of collophanite ore contained medium content of carbonates and high content of silicates. This process features simple flow chart, low dosage of reagents and available operation with fully open circuit, so that it is likely to be applied in commercial beneficiation plant.
