油田注水井堵塞原因分析及解堵增注措施研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对传统的解堵增注措施进行解堵增注后,注水井注入压力无明显减少、解堵效果差的问题,以油田注水井为研究对象,分析油田注水井堵塞原因并研究解堵增注措施。取油田注水井的堵塞物,分析堵塞物组成成分和形成机理,确定油田注水井堵塞物的形成原因。根据分析的注水井堵塞物成分,配置解堵试剂并优化试剂配方。设计解堵增注施工工艺参数和施工流程,完成对油田注水井解堵增注措施的研究。通过与两种传统解堵增注措施的对比实验,证明了应用研究的措施后的注水井注入压力明显减少,即研究的解堵增注措施的施工效果更佳。 In view of the problem that the injection pressure of water injection well did not decrease obviously and the effect of plug removal was poor after the traditional plug removal and augmented injection measures were taken,taking the water injection well of oil field as the research object,the causes of the plugging of the water injection well of the oil field were analyzed,and the plug removal and augmented injection measures were studied.The composition and formation mechanism of the plugging material were analyzed,and the formation reason of the plugging material was determined.According to the composition analysis,the plug removal agent was configured and the agent formula was optimized.The construction process parameters and process of plug removal and augmented injection were designed.Through the contrast experiment with two kinds of traditional measures,it was proved that the injection pressure of the injection well was obviously reduced after the application of studied measures,that was,the construction effect of studied measures was better.
