高黏油用原油消泡剂的研制与应用

摘要 通过量筒瓶试法和中试测验,考察了不同加药质量浓度下高黏油用原油消泡剂RD-XPJ的消泡和抑泡性能。瓶试数据说明,消泡剂RD-XPJ的消泡/抑泡性能均优于市面所售消泡剂AD-1、AD-2、AD-3、AD-4,表现出快速消泡和高效抑泡性能。连续20天的中试数据显示,随着RD-XPJ的加药质量浓度优化,减小到最低加药质量浓度13 mg·L^(-1),脱气塔内液位仍低于警戒线2/3处,保障原油处理流程稳定,可替代现场在用消泡剂。 The defoaming and anti-foaming properties of the high-efficiency oil-based defoamer RD-XPJ for heavy oil under different dosing mass concentrations were investigated through the measuring cylinder bottle test method and the field pilot test.The bottle test data showed that the defoaming/suppressing performance of the defoaming agent RD-XPJ was better than the defoaming agents AD-1,AD-2,AD-3,AD-4 on the market,showing fast defoaming and efficient foam suppression performance.The pilot test data for 20 consecutive days showed that with the optimization of the RD-XPJ dosing mass concentration,the minimum dosing mass concentration was reduced to 13 mg·L^(-1),and the liquid level in the degassing tower was still lower than 2/3 of the warning line,ensuring the stability of the crude oil processing process,which can replace the defoamer used on site.
