水平井同心/偏心钻井过程中动态外滤饼形成机理研究 被引量:2

Study on the Formation Mechanism of Dynamic Filter Cake in Concentric/Eccentric Drilling of Horizontal Well

摘要 水平井钻井及随钻测井作业中,滤饼形成的质量会直接影响井壁稳定性及随钻测井的准确性。本文建立了一种适用于评估过度平衡水平井钻井作业中滤饼形成和流体损失的数学模型,其计算结果经与前人对比准确性良好。该模型基于有限差分法计算了幂律钻井液的三维非牛顿流场,利用显性Runge-kutta方法实现了滤液的径向渗透率和滤饼生长速率计算,并分析了自由流动参数对滤饼厚度剖面的影响。计算结果显示,在水平井钻井同心情况下(常规水平井钻井操作参数范围内)增加钻柱旋转对滤饼厚度和渗透速度几乎没有影响;钻柱旋转效果会随着偏心距的增加而增加;较低转速下,扩大和缩小间隙时会分别出现最大和最小的饼块厚度,但在高转速下这种影响可忽略;增大钻柱半径,减小粒径,会使壁面滤饼变厚。该模型对水平井钻井完井随钻测井作业具有一定的指导意义。 In horizontal well drilling and logging while drilling operation,the quality of filter cake formation will directly affect the stability of well wall and the protection of oil and gas reservoir.In this paper,a mathematical model was established to evaluate the formation of filter cake and fluid loss in overbalanced drilling operation,and the calculation results were compared with those of the predecessors with good accuracy.Based on the finite-difference method,the three-dimensional non-Newtonian flow field of power-law drilling fluid was calculated.The calculation of radial permeability of filtrate and cake growth rate was realized by the dominant Runge-Kutta method,and the influence of free flow parameters on cake thickness profile was analyzed.The results showed that increasing the rotation of drill string had little effect on the thickness of filter cake and permeability velocity in concentric condition(within the range of conventional drilling operation parameters);the effect of rotation of drill string increased with the increase of eccentricity;at lower rotation speed,the maximum and minimum cake thickness appeared when expanding and reducing the clearance,but the effect could be ignored in high rotation speed;increasing the drill string radius,reducing the particle size,made the wall filter cake thicker.The model has certain guiding significance for drilling and completion operation.
