摘要
目的为了深入研究高校课程教学质量,提升教学效果,推进高校教育健康发展。针对药事管理专业教学质量的影响因素,构建了药事管理专业教学质量影响因素评价模型。方法通过对影响课程教学质量的各个因素的分析,建立课程教学质量评估指标体系,提出了一种基于模糊群决策的药事管理专业教学质量影响因素评价模型,并对影响因素进行科学评价。结果根据文献研究和调研结果,得到药事管理专业的教学内容、教学方法和手段、教学条件、教学态度等影响因素,建立了药事管理专业教学质量影响因素评价模型,最后将定性问题转化为定量问题进行分析,并在药事管理专业教学中实例验证,证明了模型的可行性。结论通过构建科学的评价指标体系,采用模糊群决策的方法构造评价矩阵,对药事管理专业教学质量的影响因素进行科学评价,针对评价结果提出建议,能够促进教学水平整体提高,构建全新教育模式。
Objective To study the teaching quality,improve the teaching effect and promote the healthy development of higher education.According to the influencing factors of teaching quality of pharmaceutical administration,the evaluation model was constructed.Methods Through the analysis of various factors affecting the teaching quality of the course,the evaluation index system was established.Besides,a model of influencing factors for teaching quality of pharmaceutical administration based on fuzzy group decision was put forward,and the influencing factors were evaluated scientifically.Results According to the results of literature research,the teaching content,methods and means,conditions,attitude and other factors of pharmaceutical administration were obtained,and an evaluation model of factors affecting the teaching quality was established.Finally,the qualitative problemswere transformed into quantitative problems,and the example was verified in the process of teaching pharmaceutical administration,which proved the feasibility of the model.Conclusion By constructing the scientific evaluation index system and using the fuzzy group decision-making method,an evaluation matrix was set up to evaluate the factors affecting the teaching quality of pharmaceutical administration scientifically.In addition,some suggestions on the evaluation results were given to promote the overall quality of the teaching.Finally a new education model was constructed.
