摘要
目的研究茶园土壤真菌Fusariums sp.CT01-P-5次级代谢产物,以期得到结构新颖的先导化合物。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及谱学数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从茶园土壤真菌Fusariums sp.CT01-P-5发酵液中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为Cyclo(S-Phe-S-Ser)(1)、Cyclo(R-Phe-S-Ser)(2)、Cyclo(4-hydroxyl-S-Pro-S-Phe)(3)、Cyclo(4-hydroxyl-R-Pro-S-Phe)(4)、lateritin(5)、beaurericin(6)、Cyclo(R-Pro-S-Phe)(7)、Cyclo 1-[2-(cyclopentanecarbonyl-3-phenryl-propionyl]-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid(1-carbamoyl-propyl)-amide(8)、Cyclo(Pro-Leu)(9)、Cyclo(Leu-Arg)(10)、Cyclo(Try-Pro)(11)、4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester(12)、phenylacetic acid(13)、N-(2-phenylethyl)acetamide(14)和Cyclo(S-Tyr-4-hydroxyl-S-Pro)(15)。结论化合物1、2、8为首次从镰刀霉属真菌次级代谢产物中分离得到,其余化合物均为首次从茶园土壤微生物中分离得到。
Objective To obtain lead compounds by studying the secondary metabolites from the tea garden soil fungus Fusariums sp.CT01-P-5.Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel,ODS reverse phase column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The structures of the compounds were identified by physic-chemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from Fusariums sp.CT01-P-5 secondary metabolites,which were identified as the Cyclo(S-Phe-S-Ser)(1),Cyclo(R-Phe-S-Ser)(2),Cyclo(4-hydroxyl-S-Pro-S-Phe)(3),Cyclo(4-hydroxyl-R-Pro-S-Phe)(4),lateritin(5),beaurericin(6),Cyclo(R-Pro-S-Phe)(7),Cyclo 1-[2-(cyclopentanecarbonyl-3-phenryl-propionyl]-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid(1-carbamoyl-propyl)-amide(8),Cyclo(Pro-Leu)(9),Cyclo(Leu-Arg)(10),Cyclo(Try-Pro)(11),4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester(12),phenylacetic acid(13),N-(2-phenylethyl)acetamide(14)and Cyclo(S-Tyr-4-hydroxyl-S-Pro)(15).Conclusion Compounds 1,2,8 were isolated from the Fusariums sp.for the first time.The other compounds were isolated from the tea garden fungus for the first time.
