摘要
目的探究分析肝硬化患者采取中西医结合护理对症状改善以及护理满意度的效果。方法选择医院2020年1月—2022年6月收治的80例肝硬化患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各40例,对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受中西医结合护理。比较两组护理前后肝功能指标、肝脏弹性值、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后,试验组功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);经护理后试验组T0、T3、T6肝脏弹性值低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组护理满意度为95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝硬化患者护理干预中实行中西医结合护理的效果较为凸显,能够改善患者的肝脏功能以及肝脏弹性值,同时能够提升生活质量,护理满意度高。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on symptom improvement and nursing satisfaction in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods The subjects included in this study were 80 patients with liver cirrhosis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing,with 40 cases in each group.In order to verify the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in the nursing of patients with liver cirrhosis,this paper evaluates the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing based on liver function index,liver elasticity value,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the functional indexes of the test group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),after nursing,the liver elasticity values of T0,T3 and T6 in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the life quality score of the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the test group was 95.00%(38/40)higher than that of the control group 75.00%(30/40),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in the nursing intervention of patients with liver cirrhosis is more prominent,which can improve the liver function and liver elasticity value of the patients,and at the same time can improve the quality of life of the patients,and then improve their nursing satisfaction.
