摘要
目的分析中满分消丸加减治疗肝硬化腹水的效果.方法选取2020年5月-2021年5月该院收治的肝硬化腹水患者60例为研究对象,按数字奇偶法分为两组,各30例.对照组采用常规西医治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合中满分消丸加减治疗.比较两组治疗效果、腹围、体重、肝功能和不良反应.结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的腹围、体重、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论中满分消丸加减治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效确切,有助于减小腹围、减轻体重,改善患者肝功能,且用药安全性较高,值得临床推广.
Objective To analyze the effect of addition and subtraction of Zhongmanfenxiaowan in the treatment of ascites due to liver cirrhosis.Methods 60 patients with ascites due to liver cirrhosis admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they divided into two groups according to the digital parity method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Zhongmanfen Xiaowan on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,abdominal circumference,body weight,liver function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the abdominal circumference,body weight,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,and total bilirubin after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The addition and subtraction of Zhongmanfenxiaowan has a definite effect in the treatment of ascites due to liver cirrhosis.It is helpful to reduce abdominal circumference and body weight,improve the liver function of patients,and has high drug safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
