摘要
中国式现代化的本质是什么?这个问题的回答在党的二十大报告中有所提及,其中有一条本质要求就是实现全体人民的共同富裕。目前海南城乡人均差异较大,而且存在地区发展不平衡等因素,这些原因都将会阻碍海南省共同富裕的发展过程。习近平总书记在庆祝海南建省办经济特区30周年大会讲话中提到,海南要以发展旅游业、现代服务业、高新技术产业为主导适应海南的经济发展。为此,海南省可以乡村振兴战略为基石,着手发展乡村旅游业,以此达到海南省共同富裕的目标。本文拟采用文献研究法和案例分析法进行研究,分析乡村振兴政策的背景下,乡村旅游如何促进海南共同富裕,推动海南自贸港建设。
What is the nature of Chinese modernization?We can find the answer in in 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China-one essential requirement is to realize the common prosperity of all our people.There are big gaps in urban and rural per capita in Hainan province,and other factors such as unbalanced development,all of these are hindering the development of common prosperity of Hainan province.Xi Jinping,the general secretary of CPC,mentioned in his speech of celebrating the 30th anniversary on founding of Hainan province and special economic zones,the tourism industry,modern service industry and high-tech industry should be taken as the leading industries to adapt to Hainan’s economic development.Therefore,the goal of common prosperity in Hainan can be achieved by rejuvenating the rural area boosted by the development of rural tourism.With the method of literature research and case analysis,this paper analyzes how to promote the common prosperity by the development of rural tourism under the background of rural revitalization policy and also move forward the construction of free trade port in Hainan.
