基于BIM和二维码的盾构管片全生命周期管理系统研究

摘要 盾构管片生产过程中,存在生产管理粗放、生产自动化程度差、生产数据填报困难、质量追溯难等问题,为了解决以上问题,利用Bentley Microstaion设计平台建立盾构管片BIM模型,对盾构管片模型赋予编码后生成二维码,以建立模型与实体的联系,采用“BIM+二维码”的方式为每块实体管片建立孪生模型,自动采集管片生产过程的生产工艺参数、关键流程节点等信息,形成可追溯的管片生产数据库,系统贯穿整个管片生产的全生命周期,涵盖管片出厂、运输、进场、堆放、调度下井、拼装及验收等环节,实现盾构管片全过程可视化管控。研究结果表明,基于“BIM+二维码”的盾构管片全生命周期管理系统实现了盾构管片全过程生产工艺参数自动采集、处理、分析及管控,提高项目管理的整体水平,加强了对工程进度、质量、安全、成本的全面管控和精细化管理。 In the production process of shield segments,there are problems including extensive production management,poor production automation,difficulty in filling in production data,and difficulty in quality traceability.After the segment model was given,a QR code was generated to establish the connection between the model and the entity,and the“BIM+QR code”method was used to establish a twin model for each entity segment.The production process parameters and key parameters of the segment production process were automatically collected.Process nodes and other information were used to form a traceable segment production database.The system runs through the entire segment production life cycle,covering segments such as delivery,transportation,entry,stacking,dispatching,assembly and acceptance.Visual management and the control of the entire filming process were discussed.The research results show that,the full life cycle management system of shield tunnel segments based on“BIM+QR code”realizes the automatic collection,processing,analysis and control of the production process parameters of shield tunnel segments.The method improves the overall level of project management,strengthens the comprehensive control and refines the management of project progress,quality,safety and cost.
