摘要
通过查阅相关文献和现场调查,对当前国内外盾构隧道管片智能化生产的相关技术现状进行调查和分析,阐述盾构隧道管片生产流程信息化的关键内涵和当前的不足之处,系统总结生产主循环、钢筋加工与混凝土制备、管片与模具测量等方面的智能化关键技术,指出相关技术的发展需求和方向。根据盾构隧道管片智能化生产技术现状,指出应用和推广预制管片智能化生产线存在的难点,提出建立标准化的智能生产体系、建立数据库、构建数据端—生产端—施工端一体化生产循环体系的建议。
By literature review and field investigation,the current application situation of intelligent manufacturing technology in the precast shield tunnel segment are studied and analyzed.The key content and inadequacy of the informatization of producing the precast shield tunnel segments are introduced and analyzed.The related key intelligent technologies are summarized systematically,including the main production loop,manufacturing of rebars and concrete,measurement of segments and moulds,and the developing needs and direction are pointed out.Based on the current state of intelligent manufacturing technologies in precast shield tunnel segment,the difficulties of applying and promoting intelligent production lines of segments are pointed out,including the accuracy of production devices,variability of segments and devices,and economical efficiency.Some advices,such as establishing the standardized intelligent production system,building the database and integrated production system of data,production and construction,are proposed.
