摘要
深圳地铁在四期调整线路经验积累基础上继续大力推进装配式地下车站绿色建造技术。为适应五期线路建设需要,装配式车站有全预制与装配叠合式(ACC)工法2种技术路线,其中装配叠合式车站为首次应用。文章结合深圳地铁五期线路实际工程,先对装配叠合式车站结构型式的技术特点进行系统性阐述,然后结合标准车站、带配线车站、换乘车站3种典型车站的技术特征得出装配式车站技术路线的适用条件、应用范围、总体选型设计的原则,最后结合车站技术难点提出对应措施。以期促进实现地下车站建造的标准化、模块化、规模化,更大范围推广装配式地铁车站在深圳地铁五期复杂环境下的应用。
Based on the accumulated experience in the fourth phase of line adjustments,Shenzhen metro continues to strongly promote the green construction technology of fabricated underground stations.To meet the needs of the fifth phase of railway construction,there are two technical routes for fabricated stations:fully-prefabricated and assembled composite(ACC)construction methods.Among them,the assembled composite station is first applied.The article combines the actual engineering of Shenzhen metro phase V,first systematically elaborates on the technical characteristics of the assembled composite station structure,and then combines the technical characteristics of three typical stations:standard station,station with sidings,and transfer station to obtain the applicable conditions,application range,and overall selection design principles of the prefabricated station technical route.Corresponding measures are proposed based on the technical difficulties native to the station.To promote the standardization,modularization,and scale of underground station construction and promote the application of fabricated metro stations in the complex environment of Shenzhen metro phase 5 on a wider scale.
