摘要
新媒体的低成本、便捷化、开放性等优势为高校图书馆优化用户互动提供了诸多新的可能。然而,受制于用户信息获取能力较差及图书馆互动理念滞后、互动服务不到位、馆藏资源数字化开发不充分等因素,当前高校图书馆用户互动的效度不高。在新媒体环境下,为了优化用户互动,高校图书馆既要设置相关培训课程、举办各种读书日活动,以增强用户信息获取能力;又要完善数字图书馆、深度应用新媒体互动技术、挖掘数字化文献资源,以全面开展线上互动服务,增强用户黏性。
The advantages of new media,such as low cost,convenience and openness,provide many new possibilities for university libraries to optimize user interaction.However,the effectiveness of user interaction in university libraries is limited by the differences in user’s information acquisition ability,the lag in library interaction concept,the interactive service is not in place and the insufficient digital development of collection resources.In the context of new media,in order to optimize user interaction,university libraries should not only set up relevant training courses and hold various reading day activities to enhance user’s information acquisition ability,but also perfect digital libraries,apply new media interactive technologies in depth and mine digital literature resources to carry out online interactive services comprehensively and enhance user stickiness.
