摘要
目的观察血液透析联合复方α-酮酸片对慢性肾衰竭患者营养状态的改善效果。方法以随机数表法将2018年1月至2020年5月我院收治的60例慢性肾衰竭患者分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用血液透析治疗,观察组在此基础上加用复方α-酮酸片。比较两组尿素清除指数(Kt/V),对比治疗前后两组血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、营养不良-炎症反应评分(MIS)、主观综合营养评分(SGA)。结果观察组治疗前、治疗后Kt/V分别为1.30±0.35、1.26±0.33,对照组治疗前、治疗后Kt/V分别为1.32±0.34、1.28±0.32,两组治疗前后Kt/V比较(t=0.823、0.813,P=0.224、0.238)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后Hb、Alb和SGA评分上升且观察组显著高于对照组;两组治疗后MIS评分下降且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾衰竭患者,可提高血红蛋白水平,有利于维持良好的营养状态,值得临床关注。
Objective:To observe the effect of hemodialysis combined with compoundα-keto acid tablets on improving nutritional status of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:60 patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with compoundα-keto acid tablets.Urea clearance index(kt/v),hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(Alb),malnutrition-inflammatory response score(MIS)and subjective comprehensive nutrition score(SGA)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The Kt/V before and after treatment were 1.30±0.35 and1.26±0.33 in observation group and 1.32±0.34 and 1.28±0.32 in control group,respectively.Compared with before treatment,Hb,Alb and SGA scores of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the scores of MIS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with compoundα-keto acid tablets can improve hemoglobin level and maintain a good nutritional status in patients with chronic renal failure,which should be paid attention to clinically.
