摘要
目的探讨慢性肾衰竭(CRF)血液透析患者自我隐瞒与社交回避及苦恼的相关性。方法选取2019年9月至2021年9月我院收治的65例CRF患者,所有患者均接受规律性血液透析治疗,连续治疗3个月;于透析3个月时,使用自我隐瞒量表(SCS)评估患者自我隐瞒情况,同期使用社交回避及苦恼量表(SADS)评估患者社交回避及苦恼情况,分析CRF血液透析患者自我隐瞒与社交回避及苦恼的相关性。结果65例CRF血液透析患者,平均SADS评分为(13.60±3.17)分;不同特征CRF血液透析患者SADS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);65例CRF患者经评估,平均SCS评分为(28.80±4.85)分;经Pearson直线相关性检验结果显示,CRF血液透析患者社交回避及苦恼(SADS)与自我隐瞒(SCS)呈正相关(r=0.854,P<0.05)。结论CRF血液透析患者自我隐瞒与社交回避及苦恼存在一定联系。
Objective:To explore the correlation between self-concealment and social avoidance and distress in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:65 CRF patients admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients received regular hemodialysis for 3 months of continuous treatment;at 3 months of dialysis,the self-concealed amount was used Scale(SCS)assesses patients'self-concealment,and at the same time uses social avoidance and distress scale(SADS)to assess patients’social avoidance and distress,and analyzes the correlation between self-concealment and social avoidance and distress of CRF hemodialysis patients.Results:65 patients with CRF hemodialysis had an average SADS score of(13.60±3.17)points;there was no significant difference in SADS scores of patients with CRF hemodialysis with different characteristics(P<0.05);65 patients with CRF had an average SCS score after evaluation,which was(28.80±4.85);the Pearson linear correlation test showed that social avoidance and distress(SADS)and self-concealment(SCS)in CRF hemodialysis patients were positively correlated(r=0.854,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain relationship between self-concealment of CRF hemodialysis patients and social avoidance and distress.
