摘要
目的探析滋阴活血降浊方治疗肝肾阴虚型慢性肾衰竭的效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月在我院接受治疗的52例肝肾阴虚型慢性肾衰竭患者作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各26例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加滋阴活血降浊方治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果相比于对照组,观察组患者的治疗有效率更高,两组对比存在显著差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的中医症状(头晕头痛、腰膝酸软、口干咽燥、五心烦热)评分均小于治疗前,且观察组患者治疗后的症状积分均小于对照组,两组对比有显著差异;两组患者治疗后的尿素氮、肌酐清除率、肌酐水平均低于治疗前,且观察组患者的尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率、肌酐水平均低于对照组,有显著差异。结论在肝肾阴虚型慢性肾衰竭的临床治疗上,采用滋阴活血降浊方治疗可改善患者的临床症状,同时可改善患者的肾功能,总体治疗优势显著,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore effect of nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and reducing turbidity decoction on chronic renal failure with deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods Choose 52 cases chronic kidney failure patients of liver,kidney and yin deficiency type treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 as main research objects,divide them into control group and observation group with random digital table method,26 cases in each.Control group was treated with routine western medicine.observation group was added nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and reducing turbidity decoction on the basis of control group.Compare clinical treatment effects of two groups.Results Treatment effect of observation group was higher than control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);symptoms of TCM after treatment(dizziness,headache,waist and knee soreness,dry mouth and dry mouth,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles)scores of two groups were less than before treatment,symptom scores of observation group after treatment were less than control group,with significant difference between two groups;urea nitrogen,creatinine clearance,and creatinine levels of two groups after treatment was lower than before,and urea nitrogen,endogenous creatinine clearance and creatinine levels of observation group were lower than control group,with significant differences.Conclusion Nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and reducing turbidity decoction can improve clinical symptoms of patients and renal function of patients with chronic renal failure with deficiency of liver and kidney,with significant overall treatment advantage,which is worthy of further clinical promotion And application.
