摘要
目的探讨超早期下床活动的康复护理对全髋关节置换术患者术后康复的影响。方法对47例全髋关节置换术患者实施以下护理措施:传输超早期下床活动理念、术前充分准备(术前系统评估及康复训练)、积极预防术后并发症、监测生命体征、规范化功能锻炼、术后充分镇痛、尽早撤除各种管道、扶助下床活动。结果47例患者无1例出现深静脉栓塞、脱位、假体周围骨折、感染、死亡等并发症,均于术后第1天下床活动,平均住院时间19d,其术前、术后14d、1个月、3个月和6个月的髋关节功能Harris评分分别为54.26分、62.55分、73.58分、91.17分和93.35分。结论超早期下床活动的康复护理能促进全髋关节置换患者术后关节功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间。
Objective To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation nursing with movement getnng out oi pea m earty penod alter uperation on the patients undergone the total hip replacement （THR）. Methods The rehabilitation nursing was performed to 47 patients undergone THR including movement getting out of bed in early period; prepared sufficiently pre-operatively （evaluation and rehabilitation training） ; avoided the complications post-operatively; monitored the vital signs; trained standardizely; relieved pain sufficient- ly; took off the tubing as early as possible; rehabilitated with the walking aid. Results None had DVT, dislocation, fracture around the prosthesis, infections, death etc, all patients got out of bed in the 1st day after operation, the average time in hospital was 19 days, and the average Harris scores were 54.26, 62.55, 73.58, 91. 17 and 93.35 at pre-operation, and in 14th day, 1st month, 3rd month and 6th month post-operation respectively. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing with early movement getting out of bed to exercise after THR operation can promote the recovery of the hip function, reduce the complications, shorten the hospital stay.
