摘要
目的研究瑞士球本体觉训练对膝关节置换术患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2019年5月-2022年5月在我院接受膝关节置换术的100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组行常规康复训练,研究组行瑞士球本体觉训练,观察两组患者术后3 d、术后8周膝关节功能及运动平衡能力。结果本研究共纳入100例患者,对照组和研究组均有1例患者因问卷填写有误予以剔除,最终98例患者完成研究。术后3 d,两组患者OKS各维度评分及总评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);术后8周,两组患者牛津膝关节评分量表(Oxford knee score,OKS)各维度评分及总评分均有下降(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d,两组患者Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)各维度评分及总评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);术后8周,两组患者BBS各维度评分及总评分均有提升(P<0.05),研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞士球本体觉训练可有效改善膝关节置换术患者膝关节功能,提升其运动平衡能力。
Objective:To study the effect of Swiss ball proprioceptive training on rehabilitation of patients with knee replacement.Methods:A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis who received knee replacement in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected according to the random number table method,and were divided into a control group and a research group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the research group received Swiss ball proprioceptive training.Knee function and motor balance were observed in the two groups at 3nd and 8th weeks after surgery.Results:Among 100 patients included in this study,1 patient in both the control group and the research group was excluded due to incorrect filling in the questionnaire,and 98 patients completed the study.For 3 days after surgery,there was no significant difference in OKS score and total score between the two groups(P>0.05).For 8 weeks after surgery,all dimension scores and total scores of the Oxford knee score(OKS)decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).For 3 days after surgery,there was no significant difference in Berg balance scale(BBS)scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).For 8 weeks after surgery,the BBS scores of each dimension and the total scores of the two groups improved(P<0.05),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Swiss ball proprioceptive training can effectively improve the knee function and the motor balance of patients with knee replacement.
