摘要
以某航天卫星Be-Al合金支架为研究对象,设计其精密铸造工艺。基于华铸CAE软件对铸件的充型、凝固过程进行模拟,预判缩孔、缩松缺陷区域,分析缺陷原因。采用添加导气管与建立局部补缩通道,并控制型壳预热温度与浇注温度的方案,消除了裂纹、冷隔缺陷,减少了缩松缺陷。研究表明,当型壳预热温度为775℃、浇注温度为1300℃时,采用优化浇注系统得到的铸件品质良好,无明显缺陷,铸态下铸件的抗拉强度为248.6 MPa,屈服强度为191.8 MPa,伸长率为2.10%,符合标准要求。
Taking the Be-Al alloy bracket of a certain aerospace satellite as the research object,the precision casting process was designed.The filling and solidification process of the casting was simulated by CAE software to predict the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage defect area,and the origination of the defects were analyzed.By adding air duct and setting up local feeding passage,controlling the preheating temperature and pouring temperature of the shell,cracks and cold insulation defects can be eliminated and the shrinkage defects can be reduced.The results indicate that when the preheating temperature of the shell is 775℃and the pouring temperature is 1300℃,the quality of the castings is desirable with absence of obvious defects.The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the castings in as-cast state are 248.6 MPa,191.8 MPa and 2.10%,respectively,meeting the requirements.
