摘要
针对某环形钛合金铸件出现的严重缩孔问题,应用ProCAST软件对铸件的充型和凝固过程进行了模拟分析,预测了铸件缩孔缺陷的分布规律,并进行了工艺优化和生产验证。试生产结果表明,铸件缩孔缺陷分布情况与模拟结果基本一致,优化后的铸件无大缩孔,提高了铸件品质并节约了成本。
In view of the serious shrinkage problem in a titanium alloy ring casting,multi-round simulation was carried out for the filling and solidification process of the casting by ProCAST software to predict the distribution of shrinkage defects,and process optimization and production verification on simulation analysis were conducted.The results indicate that the distribution of shrinkage defects is basically consistent with the simulated analysis,where the optimized castings have no large shrinkage defects,improving the quality of the casting and saving costs.
