摘要 为进一步提升路面结构与材料的耐久性,促进高模量沥青混凝土(high modulus asphalt concrete,HMAC)的研究与应用,系统梳理了国内外现有研究与应用成果,对比法国、欧洲及中国HMAC相关规范与评价指标,总结分析国内外试件成型方式及技术指标差异;全面调查了国内外HAMC相关研究动态,总结了各国高模量技术体系转换成果,对比评价了中国采用低标号(硬质)沥青、自调和沥青、添加聚烯烃类物质(外掺剂)3种方法制备的HMAC力学性能及路用性能,并针对其低温性能缺点提出了改善建议。结果表明:国内外HMAC相关规范对动态模量均要求大于14 GPa,部分国家引入高模量技术后结合本国实情对技术体系进行了转换,导致不同地区试件成型方法与性能验证试验呈差异化;国外制备的HMAC高温性能多采用动态模量、动稳定度及车辙深度等指标评价,均值分别可达15836 MPa、7393次/mm、2.34 mm;中国则主要考虑动态模量与动稳定度等指标,其中采用低标号沥青时动态模量最高,均值可达20827 MPa,采用外掺剂时动稳定度、疲劳寿命最优,均值分别可达11640次/mm、146173次(应变400×10-6),使用不同种类外掺剂的混合料路用性能差距明显;HMAC低温抗裂性能普遍较差,可掺入胶粉、聚乙烯等助剂予以提升。鉴于中国低标号沥青发展的局限,合理优选性能稳定的外掺剂并改善混合料低温性能是促进HMAC发展的基础。 To further improve the durability of pavement and road materials,promoting the application of high modulus asphalt concrete(HMAC),existing research and application results in China as well as foreign research were reviewed.The relative standards and evaluation indexes of HMAC in France,Europe and China were compared.The conversion results of high modulus technology and technical indexes were clarified.With the comparison of mechanical properties and pavement performance of HMAC prepared by low-grade hard asphalts,blended asphalts,and polyolefins(admixtures),suggestions were put forward to improve its low-temperature performance.The results show that the relevant standards of HMAC in various countries stipulate that the dynamic modulus should be greater than 14 GPa.However,the transformation of HMAC in different countries distinguishes between the forming methods and performance verification tests of specimens.Dynamic modulus,stability,and rutting depth are often used to evaluate the high-temperature performance of HMAC prepared abroad,of which the average values are 15836 MPa,7393 times/mm and 2.34 mm,respectively.In China,dynamic modulus and dynamic stability are the main high-temperature performance indicators.Among these three methods,the dynamic modulus of low-grade hard asphalt HMAC is the highest,with a mean value of 20827 MPa,but the dynamic stabilities and fatigue properties of admixture HMAC are the best,with a mean value of 11640 times/mm and 146173 times(400×10-6 strain levels).The differences between the road performance of mixtures with different admixtures is evident.Most HMACs have poor crack resistance at low temperatures,which could be improved by adding rubber powder,PE,etc.Considering the development limitations of low-grade hard asphalts in China,it is necessary to find suitable additives and improve the low-temperature performances of mixtures to promote the development of HMAC.1 tab,9 figs,66 refs.
