摘要
采用低标号沥青耐久性高模量沥青混合料可有效解决重载道路的车辙病害,降低路面成本。采用氧化30号沥青和溶剂脱30号沥青两种低标号沥青,借鉴法国高模量沥青混合料的设计方法,对耐久性高模量沥青混合料进行组成设计与路用性能的相关研究。通过研究发现,溶剂脱30号沥青耐久性高模量混合料的各项路用性能都较为优良,而氧化30号沥青耐久性高模量混合料的高、低温性能虽优于溶剂脱30号沥青耐久性高模量混合料,但其抗疲劳性能较差。
The use of low-grade asphalt high-modulus asphalt mixture can effectively solve rut disease on heavy-load roads and reduce pavement costs.In this paper,two kinds of low-grade asphalt,which are oxidized 30#asphalt and solvent-removed 30#asphalt,are used to study the composition design and road performance of durable high-modulus asphalt mixtures by referring to the French high-modulus asphalt mixture design method.Through research,it is found that the paving performance of the solvent-removed 30#asphalt high-endurance mixture is relatively good,while the high and low temperature of the 30#asphalt high-modulus mixture is better than that of the solvent-removed 30#Asphalt,but its fatigue resistance is poor.
