摘要
利用硅烷偶联剂对彩色沥青混凝土集料进行表面改性,以提高彩色沥青胶结料与集料的相容性,增强彩色沥青混合料的路用性能并揭示其增强机理。硅烷偶联剂通过水解反应形成硅醇,然后与集料表面的羟基作用形成偶联层,有效提高了彩色沥青胶结料与石料的界面作用力。马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验、车辙试验和低温弯曲试验结果表明,经硅烷偶联剂改性的彩色沥青混合料具有良好的水稳性和高低温性能。
To improve the compatibility of colored asphalt cement and concrete aggregates, silanecoupling agent is employed for the surface modification of concrete aggregate. The pavement performance of colored asphalt mixture is enhanced, and the mechanism is studied. Silanols formed by the hydrolysis of silane coupling agent, and then reacted with the hydroxyl groups on the aggregate surface, which can effectively improve the interfacial force between colored asphalt cement and aggregate. Marshall test, immersion Marshall test, rutting test, and bending test under low temperature are conducted. The results indicate that the modified colored asphalt mixture by silane coupling agent exhibit fine performance at high and low temperature and moisture resistance.
