摘要
对资源环境及其承载力进行调查、评价、监测已经成为我国资源环境开发利用和管理中的一项重要基础性工作。本文在对传统评价方法加以改进的基础上,对陕西省千阳县草地资源承载力进行分析和评价,并为该县合理利用草地资源提出相应对策和建议。研究结果显示:千阳县草地质量差,绝大部分草地为天然牧草地或"其他草地",其中"其他草地"占到草地总面积的90%以上;千阳县当前草畜平衡指数为14.02%,草地利用处于临界超载状态;通过对草地资源的改良,可以大幅提高千阳县草地资源的承载力。因此本文建议加强草地建设,优先将单个图斑面积在100 hm^2以上、集中连片的"其他草地"培育成为天然牧草地或人工草地,提高草地质量和利用率,增加草地产草量;提高牧草在所有饲料中的比重,构建畜牧业的绿色发展模式,进而提高畜产品的质量和养殖户的畜牧业收入。
The investigation,evaluation and monitoring of resource and environment and their bearing capacity had become an important basic work in the management of resources and environment in China.Basing on the improvement of the traditional evaluation method,we analyzed and evaluated the bearing capacity of grassland resources in the county of Qianyang,which is the main animal husbandry production area of Shaanxi Province.The results showed that:the overall quality of grassland is poor in the county of Qianyang;the worst grassland accounts for more than 90%of the total grassland area;the grassland resources in the County of Qianyang is in the state of critical overload;through construction and cultivation,it can greatly increase the carrying capacity of grassland resources in Qianyang county.This paper proposed to strengthen grassland construction to increase the area of artificial grassland;to raise the quality and utilization rate of grassland for increasing the grassland’s yield.At the same time,we can increase the proportion of forage in all feeds and establish green development mode of animal husbandry,and then improve the quality of livestock products and increase the income of livestock.
