摘要
目的分析2008-2017年嘉兴市梅毒病例时空聚集性变化特征,为梅毒防控和卫生资源配置提供依据。方法根据梅毒报告病例的现住址,使用SaTScan 9.4软件分别对2008年、2011年、2014年和2017年梅毒病例进行时空聚集性扫描分析,运用ArcGIS 10.2软件对扫描结果进行可视化展示。结果时空聚集性扫描结果显示,2008年和2011年梅毒病例聚集区域主要位于区域1,范围涉及南湖区、平湖市、海宁市、海盐县的25个乡镇(街道)。到2017年,该聚集区域面积有所缩小,但在西南部的桐乡市和海宁市6个乡镇(街道)出现了新的聚集区域。与其他3个年份不同的是,2014年的聚集区域面积较小,且散在分布。结论嘉兴市梅毒病例存在空间聚集区域,应根据空间聚集区域变化特征制定防治对策,优化医疗卫生资源配置。
Objective To analyze the changing characteristics of spatial-temporal cluster in Jiaxing from 2008 to 2017, and to provide a basis for syphilis control and prevention by optimal allocation of health resources. Methods Based on the current address of the reported syphilis cases, the spatial-temporal cluster scanning analysis was carried out for the reported cases in the year of 2008, 2011, 2014 and 2017 by using SaTScan 9.4. The scan results were visualized by ArcGIS 10.2. Results The results of spatial-temporal cluster analysis showed that the major cluster areas of syphilis cases were in area 1 in the years of 2007 and 2011, including 25 villages among the counties of Nanhu, Haining, Pinghu and Haiyan. By 2017, the cluster areas became smaller, but the new areas emerged in the 6 villages among the counties of Tongxiang and Haining in the southwest part of Jiaxing. Unlike the above three years, the cluster areas were getting small and distributed separately in the year of 2014. Conclusion There are spatial cluster areas of syphilis cases. The preventive strategy should be formulated and implemented based on the changing characteristics of spatial-clusters by optimal allocation of health resource.
