摘要
目的研究膜安口内凝胶辅助曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的短期临床疗效。方法选取55例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者,随机分为A、B两组,A组29例患者曲安奈德口腔软膏局涂;B组26例患者曲安奈德口腔软膏+膜安口内凝胶局涂。记录两组患者在初诊和治疗后1周、2周、4周临床症状和体征改善情况。用药后4周总有效率作为疗效评判指标,并观察两组患者用药后不良反应。结果用药后4周B组总有效率明显高于A组(P=0.024);B组不良反应发生率显著低于A组(P=0.024)。结论膜安口内凝胶辅助曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓可以提高临床疗效,降低单独使用曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the short-term clinical efficacy of the treatment of erosive lichen planus with MuAid assist triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment.Methods Fifty-five patients with erosive oral lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups:group A(n=29)treated with triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment,and group B(n=29)treated with triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment and MuAid.The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were recorded before treatment and 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was used as the index of curative effect,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group A at 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion MuAid assisted triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus can improve the clinical efficacy of erosive oral lichen planus and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus treated with triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment alone.
