摘要
目的:研究白芍总苷胶囊联合曲安奈德治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效及对患者微循环的影响。方法:将2016年7月—2017年3月本院收治的76例口腔扁平苔藓患者按随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。对照组给予曲安奈德(1.5 mL)治疗,观察组给予白芍总苷胶囊(0.6 g,tid)联合曲安奈德治疗。比较两组治疗后1个月及3个月时的临床总有效率、治疗前后口腔扁平苔藓相关症状评分、不适感程度及甲襞微循环。结果:治疗后1个月及3个月时观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月及3个月,观察组症状评分及不适感评分均低于对照组,甲襞微循环检测指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白芍总苷胶囊联合曲安奈德治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床作用较佳,可有效改善患者的微循环状态,临床应用价值高。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of capsules of total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Alba combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of oral lichen planus and its effect on microcirculation in patients.Methods:76 patients with oral lichen planus admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group,38 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide(1.5 mL),and the patients in the observation group were treated with capsules of total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Alba(0.6 g,tid)combined with triamcinolone acetonide.The total clinical effective rate one month and three months after treatment,the symptom scores of oral lichen planus,the degree of discomfort and the nailfold microcirculation before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group one month and three months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month and three months after treatment,the symptom score and discomfort score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nailfold microcirculation test indexes were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Capsules of total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Alba combined with triamcinolone acetonide have a better clinical effect on oral lichen planus,which can effectively improve the microcirculation state of the patients and have a high clinical application value.
