某输水隧洞斜井进入主洞挑顶施工关键技术 被引量:9

摘要 某输水隧洞主体工程土建Ⅰ标Z1#斜井进入主洞交叉段的围岩类别属于第三系N1+2泥岩,考虑到主支洞交叉段的围岩空间三维受力状态复杂,围岩软弱,且受含水率影响较大,交叉段处斜井向正洞横向挑顶开挖后施作支护难度大,施工不当易引起围岩变形,甚至发生坍塌等安全质量事故。本文根据工程实际科学制定挑顶施工方案,其中,交叉口段宜采取加强支护措施。主支洞交叉段一次支护施工完成后,为保证交叉口处围岩三维受力状态的稳定,应紧跟二次衬砌混凝土的模筑施工。 As for the intersection of the Z1#inclined shaft and main tunnel of a water conveyance tunnel,the surrounding rock belongs to the tertiary N1+2 mudstone.Taking into account the complex three-dimensional stress state of surrounding rock,the rock is weak and affect by the large water contents.Especially the support construction is very difficult after completion of roof ripping construction,it is easy to cause the rock deformation,even collapse accidents.Therefore it should strengthen support for the surrounding rock at the intersection,and after the completion of the primary support construction at the intersection of the main and branch tunnels,secondary lining should be carried out according to the design drawings in time.
