软岩及古建筑区隧道车行横洞挑顶施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 在软岩地区修建隧道时,为保护隧址区古建筑、加快施工进度,通过修建车行横洞增加工作面。车行横洞交叉口及挑梁的施工是该类隧道施工的重难点。依托白塔山隧道车行横洞工程,结合施工过程中的风险控制分析,对车行横洞与正洞交叉口采用加强方案,正洞采用加强CD法施工。对车行横洞门式桁架进行变形分析,其顶部最大变形为7.1cm,小于主线隧道预留变形量120mm,满足设计要求。同时,由于门式桁架顶部及侧壁打设的锁脚锚管有锚固作用,故实际桁架结构内力及变形将小于计算值,可作为理论计算的安全储备。现场应用良好,为此类工程提供了可借鉴的经验。 In order to protect the ancient buildings of the tunnel site and speed up the construction progress,the working face is increased by building the cross tunnel in the soft rock area.The construction of the intersection and cantilever beam is the important and difficult points of this kind of tunnel construction.Based on the Baitashan tunnel transverse tunnel project,combined with the risk control analysis in the construction process,the strengthening scheme is adopted for the intersection of the transverse tunnel and the main tunnel,and the main tunnel is constructed by using the strengthening CD method.The deformation analysis of the portal truss of the transverse tunnel is carried out.The maximum deformation at the top is 7.1cm,which is less than the reserved deformation of the main tunnel of 120mm and meets the design requirements.At the same time,the internal force and deformation of the actual truss structure will be less than the calculated value due to the anchoring effect of the locking anchor pipe on the top and side walls of the portal truss,which can be used as a safety reserve for theoretical calculation.The good field application provides a reference experience for this kind of engineering.
