摘要
本文研究依托于辽宁省重点输供水工程,基于安全管理理论,结合工程建设实践,将工程实践与管理创新并举,通过理论实际应用,对安全管控研究的阶段成果进行检验并反馈到生产过程中,应用于工程建设管理,实现对研究成果的不断完善。在项目安全管理方面,坚持提早谋划的原则,将相关安全管理工作贯穿于工程的前期决策和工程建设全过程,根据实际运行效果不断改进提高研究成果,对重要研究节点进行充分的调研、论证工作,力求实用、先进,研究成果能够经受工程应用的考验,并具有实际推广应用价值。
This study relies on key water supply projects in Liaoning Province,based on safety management theory combined with engineering construction practice,engineering practice and management innovation.Through theoretical and practical application,the stage results of safety control research are tested and fed back to the production process,and applied to engineering construction management to achieve the perfection of the research results.In terms of project safety management,the research team adheres to the principle of planning in advance,and the related safety management work runs through the early decision-making of the project to the whole process of the project construction,and constantly improves the research results according to the actual operation results.The project has carried out sufficient research and demonstration work in important research nodes,and the research results can withstand the test of engineering application,and strive to be practical and advanced,and have practical application value.
