摘要
为摸索超大直径盾构隧道穿越海堤关键施工技术,以甬舟铁路金塘海底隧道实际工程为例,针对“定海号”泥水平衡盾构下穿金塘岛木岙作业区海堤,通过试验段摸索掘进参数,采用全泥水模式掘进、同步注浆、二次注浆等多种浆液组合形式,确保开挖顺利、填充及时、工后沉降稳定,同时对海堤加密监测,做好穿越全过程盾构姿态、壁后注浆控制,基本做到“零沉降”通过。
In order to explore the key construction technology of the super-large diameter shield tunnel crossing the seawall,based on the actual engineering background of the Jintang submarine tunnel of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway,the"Dinghai"slurry balance shield penetrates the seawall of the Mu'ao operation area of Jintang Island,and explores the tunneling parameters through the test section,and adopts a variety of grout combination forms such as full slurry mode tunneling,synchronous grouting and secondary grouting,to ensure smooth excavation,timely filling and stable settlement after construction.At the same time,the monitoring of the seawall is strengthened,and the posture of the shield tunneling machine and the grouting control behind the wall are well controlled throughout the entire crossing process,basically achieving"zero settlement"passage.
