摘要
新时代国家测试和教育领域发生了新变化,现代教育技术和教学方式的变革对教师实施教育教学评价提出了新的要求。鉴于此,文章以Brindley(2001)和Inbar-Lourie(2008)提出的外语教师评价素养的核心内容为依据,结合外语教育环境和教学改革要求,从评价能力、促学评价实践、语言评价知识和评价意向四个维度构建高校外语教师评价素养理论框架,在此基础上研制外语教师评价素养测评工具并进行实证研究,对省内外语教师评价素养的现状和需求进行调查,进而提出外语教师评价素养提升策略。
New changes have taken place in the field of national testing and education in the new era,and changes in modern educational technology and teaching methods have put forward new requirements for teachers to carry out educational and teaching evaluation.Based on the core contents of foreign language teachers’evaluation literacy proposed by Brindley(2001)and Inbar-Lourie(2008)and combined with the foreign language teaching reform requirements,this research constructs the theoretical framework of foreign language teachers’evaluation literacy from four dimensions:evaluation competence,promotion of learning evaluation practice,language evaluation knowledge and evaluation intention.This paper investigates the present situation and needs of the evaluation literacy of foreign language teachers in the province,and then puts forward the strategies to improve the evaluation literacy of foreign language teachers.
