摘要
高校学生在知识结构和储备方面存在差异,且每个学生在学习动机、习惯等方面也存在着诸多个性化差异。为贯彻"分类指导,因材施教"原则,推动高校学生个性化发展,使每个学生在现有水平上都能得到提升,实施分层教学成了必然趋势。分层教学是一种针对班级授课制提出的新型教学模式。文章以英语专业提高班和基础班两个班的大一新生为对比研究对象,论述英语专业分层教学模式的探索和实践,并进行教学反思,提出应对策略,以优化下一轮英语分层教学实践。
College students differ distinctively from knowledge structure and reserve,and individual differences lying in learning motivation and habits also vary considerably.In order to implement the policy of"guiding students in accordance with their aptitude",promote individual development,and enable students to enhance their abilities in study,colleges of different types in China have been practicing the method of stratified teaching.Stratified teaching method serves as a new teaching mode compared with the traditional collective class teaching system.This paper,by taking the first-year English majors from one advanced class and one elementary class as the research subjects,makes a comparative exploration of the stratified teaching method and finally comes up with some practical countermeasures to the problems founded in teaching,so as to pave the way for the future stratified English teaching practice.
