摘要
目的:研究采用颈动脉超声(CVUS)对缺血性脑卒中(CIS)患者进行检查的效果,为CIS的早期诊断提供参考。方法:选择我院收治的100例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究组,选择非CIS患者为对照组,对所有入组的被研究者的颈部血管实行超声检查,比较两组被研究者的颈部动脉管壁狭窄程度,颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)及斑块积分,斑块被检出情况,并分析两组之间以及研究组单侧缺血患者两侧的斑块形态差异。结果:研究组患者的颈部动脉管壁狭窄程度明显比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组患者在IMT以及斑块积分方面较对照组高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组患者的斑块检测明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且患者非缺血侧的斑块形态较好,回声均质比例较高,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用CVUS能有效评估CIS患者的颈动脉变化和斑块情况,为CIS的早期诊断提供了重要的参考,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study the effect of cervical vascular ultrasound(CVUS) on the examination of patients with ischemic stroke(CIS), and provide a reference for early diagnosis of CIS.Methods:One hundred patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study group. Non-CIS patients were selected as the control group. Ultrasound examination was performed on the neck vessels of all enrolled subjects, and the two groups were compared. Cervical artery wall stenosis, carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) and plaque scores, plaques were detected, and plaques were analyzed between the two groups and on both sides of the study group. Morphological differences.Results:The degree of neck artery wall stenosis was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). The IMT and plaque scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with The control group, the probability of plaque detected in the study group was significant higher(P<0.05), and the plaque morphology of the control group and the non-ischemic side was better, the echo homogenization ratio was higher, and ulceration occurred. The rate was lower, the difference was significant, and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of CVUS can effectively determine the carotid artery changes and plaques in patients with CIS, and provide an important reference for the early diagnosis of CIS, which is worthy of popularization and application.
