摘要
目的探讨血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白检测在糖尿病临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取该院2018年8月—2019年10月就诊高度疑似糖尿病的患者60例和同期健康体检者55名,作为该次研究对象。分别采集清晨空腹静脉血,进行血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白检查。将60例高度疑似糖尿病患者经血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白检测的诊断结果与临床诊断结果进行比较。最后将确诊为糖尿病的患者和健康志愿者的血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白检测结果进行对比。结果60例高度疑似糖尿病患者经诊断证实为糖尿病患者52例。其中血清C肽联合糖化血红蛋白检测对糖尿病诊断的敏感性、特异性,相比单纯应用糖化血红蛋白检测和单纯应用血清C肽检测均明显更高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。52例糖尿病患者的CysC、血清C肽水平、2 hPG、FPG、HbAlc、Cr、BUN水平,与健康体检者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清C肽联合糖化血红蛋白检测对糖尿病的临床诊断敏感性、特异性均较高,能够显著提高糖尿病的临床诊断准确率。
Objective To explore the application value of serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin in the clinical diagnosis of diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with high suspicion of diabetes and 55 healthy physical examination patients from August 2018 to October 2019 in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.Separately,fasting venous blood was collected early in the morning for serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin examination.The diagnosis results of 60 highly suspected diabetic patients tested by serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin were compared with clinical diagnosis results.Finally,the serum C peptide and glycated hemoglobin test results of patients diagnosed with diabetes and healthy volunteers were compared.Results 60 highly suspected diabetic patients were diagnosed as 52 diabetic patients.The sensitivity and specificity of serum C-peptide combined with glycated hemoglobin test for the diagnosis of diabetes were significantly higher than that of glycated hemoglobin test alone and serum C-peptide test alone,showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with healthy people,CysC,serum C-peptide levels,2 hPG,FPG,HbAlc,Cr,BUN levels in 52 diabetic patients were significantly significnat different from those in healthy persons(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum C-peptide combined with glycated hemoglobin has high sensitivity and specificity for the clinical diagnosis of diabetes,which can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of diabetes.
