摘要
癌性肠梗阻是晚期腹盆腔恶性肿瘤常见的并发症,大多数患者由于肿瘤分期晚,腹腔、腹膜广泛转移,一般状况差,营养不良等失去手术机会,需实行个体化的内科综合治疗。全文着重论述癌性机械性肠梗阻在临床上的内科诊治技术路线,以期为相关从业者提供有益的借鉴。
Malignant bowel obstruction is a common complication of advanced abdominal and pelvic cancers.There is no surgical indications for most patients with malignant bowel obstruction due to the late stage,extensive metastases in the abdominal cavity and peritoneum,poor performance status or malnutrition;therefore,the individualized comprehensive medical management is needed.This paper focuses on the medical diagnosis and treatment for patients with malignant mechanical bowel obstruction,hoping to provide reference for clinical practice.
