摘要
平城时代联涡纹表现在两种载体上,且装饰方法略有不同。一种多装饰于方形器物如佛教造像榻形座、墓葬中的石床、石雕柱座、砚台、榻等的下部,做方口的边饰。另一种见于纺织品图案中,多作为辅助纹样附着于不同结构纹样的框架结构线外,呈圆形、弧形、堞形等。联涡纹是典型的古希腊罗马艺术中的装饰纹样,平城联涡纹受到希腊化文明的影响而流行。
The vortex pattern of Pingcheng Era was displayed on two different carriers,with slightly different decoration methods.A type of decoration commonly was used for the lower part of square objects such as Buddhist statues,tatami shaped seats,stone beds in tombs,stone carvings,column bases,inkstones,tatami,etc.,as a side decoration for square openings and the other found in textile patterns,often attached as auxiliary patterns to the frame structure lines of different structural patterns,was circular,curved,or crenellated in shape.It was a typical decorative pattern in ancient Greek and Roman art,becoming popular in Pingcheng under the influence of Hellenistic civilization.
