摘要
文章通过分析高职跨境电商人才培养现状及高职跨境电商实践教学体系建设存在的问题,提出以深化产教融合为抓手,从人才培养方案的制订、双师队伍建设、实践教学、课程建设、教学模式等方面全方位推进校企合作,提高跨境电商人才培养水平和质量,从而培养出跨境电商复合型实务人才。
Through the analysis of the current situation of cross-border e-commerce talents training in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in the construction of practical teaching system of cross-border e-commerce in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward to deepen the integration of production and education as the starting point,and comprehensively promote school-enterprise cooperation from the formulation of talent training plan,the construction of double-qualified teaching team,practical teaching,curriculum construction and teaching mode,so as to improve the level and quality of cross-border e-commerce talents training,and cultivate cross-border e-commerce compound practical talents.
