摘要
在数字经济蓬勃发展的背景下,跨境电商成为外贸的新业态形式,作为稳住外贸基本盘的有效推手,推动了各地外贸转型升级,虽然跨境电商飞速发展,但专业人才的缺失仍成为行业快速发展的瓶颈。本文通过描述性统计方法,阐述山东省临沂市跨境电商发展现状和人才培养现状,从政府、高校、企业等方面深入分析人才培养存在的问题,并提出政府要给予政策支持,引进和留住人才;高校要积极进行教学改革;企业要加强校企合作等措施,努力为社会输出高质量的跨境电商人才。
In the context of the booming digital economy,cross-border e-commerce has become a new form of foreign trade.As an effective driver to stabilize the basic foreign trade market,it has promoted the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade in various regions.Although cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly,the lack of professionals has become the bottleneck of the industry’s rapid development.This paper describes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce development and talent training in Linyi City of Shandong Province through descriptive statistics,analyzes the problems in talent training from the government,universities,enterprises and other aspects,and proposes that the government should give policy support to introduce and retain talents;colleges and universities should actively carry out teaching reform;enterprises should strengthen school enterprise cooperation and other measures to output high-quality cross-border e-commerce talents for the society.
