摘要
以"化学能与热能"为知识教学背景,以"自热饭盒的制作"为项目式教学主题,设置了五个项目教学任务以及对应项目成果的评价规则,呈现了该项目主题下的教学设计思路与实践过程,对自热产品在化学教学中的应用提出了新的思考。
With"chemical energy and thermal energy"as the knowledge teaching background and"self-heating lunch box production"as the project-based teaching theme,five project teaching tasks and corresponding project results evaluation rules are set,and the teaching design under the project theme is presented The thinking and the process of practice put forward new thinking on the application of self-heating products in chemistry teaching.
