摘要
《素问遗篇》主要论述中医五运六气理论与疫病的相关性,近年来随着新发突发传染病的肆虐,引发学术界越来越多的关注,但《素问遗篇》中所蕴含的具体疫病防治策略尚有待进一步总结分析。通过研究发现,《素问遗篇》以"正气存内,邪不可干,避其毒气"为疫病防治总则,重视疫病防护中的"鼻窍关",提倡疫情期间的主动隔离,主张五疫五疠的分类论治。在疫病防治中,采用多法合参的策略,重视身心同调,提出"五脏五气护体"防疫法;重视结合"治未病"思想,运用针刺方法;重视给邪出路,运用药浴泄汗法、吐法;重视芳香辟秽,创制防疫方药小金丹方。《素问遗篇》的疫病防治策略对现代疫病防治具有参考价值。
Suwen Yipian mainly discusses the correlation between the theory of five movements and six qi and epidemic diseases.In recent years,with the outbreak of new epidemic diseases,it has attracted more and more attention from academia.However,the specific epidemic prevention and control strategies contained in Suwen Yipian remain to be further explored.Through research,it is found that Suwen Yipian takes the general principle of epidemic diseases prevention and control as"keeping Healthy-Qi,then Xie(pathogenic factor)cannot invade the body,and we also should avoid Duqi(Toxic-Qi)".The author attaches great importance to protecting the nose to prevent the epidemic,advocates active isolation during the epidemic,and advocates that the epidemic be divided into five categories.In the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases,Suwen Yipian combines various methods,attaches importance to the coordination of body and mind,and attaches importance to acupuncture therapy,and medicine bath method,emesis method,and created a Chinese medicine pill called Xiaojintan.This study believes that the strategy of epidemic prevention and control in Suwen Yipian has certain reference value for modern epidemic prevention and control.
