摘要
随着新型冠状病毒肺炎肆虐世界,给全人类社会带来了无尽的困扰。其中有基础性疾病结合新型冠状病毒肺炎的患者,更是各个国家医疗主管部门重点监控、诊治的对象。研究显示,肺结核患者存在基础性肺部疾病,有新型冠状病毒易感可能性。文章回顾4例继发性肺结核合并新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的中医诊治过程。通过分析患者不同治疗阶段中医四诊资料、CT影像、中医辨证分型等,提出了根据继发性肺结核合并新型冠状病毒肺炎不同特征,分三期诊治该病的中医思路及论治方法。即,从治疗初期、治疗中期、治疗后期三个阶段辨证、治疗的分期诊治方案。文章结合临床案例,分享分期治疗继发性肺结核合并新型冠状病毒肺炎的经验,以期为临床提供参考。
Novel coronavirus has ravaged the world,bringing endless troubles to the whole human society.Among them,patients with basic diseases with COVID-19 are the focus of monitoring diagnosis and treatment by medical departments of various countries.Studies have shown that tuberculosis patients have underlying lung disease and novel coronavirus susceptibility.This paper reviews the TCM diagnosis and treatment process of four patients with secondary tuberculosis complicated with COVID-19.In this paper,by analyzing the four-diagnosis data,CT images and TCM syndrome differentiation of patients at different stages of treatment,proposes the TCM diagnosis and treatment of the disease are divided into three stages.That is,from the initial stage of treatment,medium term treatment,late treatment three stages to diagnose and treat.This paper combines clinical cases to share the experience of stage treatment of secondary tuberculosis combined with COVID-19,in order to provide clinical reference.
