摘要
目的探讨分析苦参碱对阿尔茨海默症学习记忆功能的影响及脑内氧化应激水平的变化。方法选用大鼠进行本项试验,并将大鼠随机分为5组,空白组、模型组、模型+低剂量组、模型+中剂量组与模型+高剂量组,对大鼠的学习记忆功能以及脑内氧化应激水平的变化进行研究分析。结果与空白组相比,应用苦参碱的各组大鼠的学习记忆功能明显更好,同时大鼠脑内氧化应激水平降低,苦参碱各组也要明显优于空白组。结论结合大鼠试验的结果分析,应用苦参碱可以对阿尔兹海默症的学习记忆功能进行改善,也能有效降低其脑内氧化应激水平。
Objective To study the effect of Matrine on learning and memory function and the change of oxidative stress level in the brain of Alzheimer’s disease. Methods The rats were randomly divided into five groups: blank group, model group, model + low dose group, model + medium dose group and model + high dose group. The changes of learning and memory function and oxidative stress level in brain were studied and analyzed. Results Compared with the blank group, the learning and memory function of the rats in the Matrine group was significantly better, while the level of oxidative stress in the brain of the rats was reduced, and the Matrine group was also significantly due to the blank group. Conclusion Combined with the results of the rat experiment, matrine can improve the learning and memory function of Alzheimer’s disease, and also can effectively reduce the level of oxidative stress in the brain.
