摘要
目的:通过对高继宁教授治疗糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼湿瘀证的用药规律进行数据挖掘,以期对名中医经验传承提供有效数据支持,从而为临床诊治糖尿病肾病提供新的思路与方法。方法:收集高继宁教授治疗糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼湿瘀证的有效处方128首,并将其录至中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)系统,利用频次频率统计、组方规律、关联规则以及无监督熵聚类算法等进行数据挖掘。结果:128首有效处方中,共涉及中药92味,其中以补虚、利湿、活血药为主。基于关联规则分析,得1首核心处方;基于无监督熵聚类算法,得核心中药组合34条。结论:高继宁教授治疗糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼湿瘀证,标本兼顾,注重病证结合,圆机活法,在益气养阴以扶正的同时,不忘清热利湿、活血化瘀以袪邪。
Objective:This article intends to conduct data mining on the medication laws of professor Gao Jining’s treatment of diabetic kidney disease with both yin and yin deficiency and wet stasis syndrome,in order to provide data support for my generation’s inheritance of the experience of famous Chinese medicine,so as to provide ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic kidney disease[1].Methods:Collect 128 effective prescriptions of professor Gao for the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with both qi and yin deficiency and dampness syndrome,and record them into the TCM inheritance assisting platform(V2.5)system,using frequency statistics,formula rules,association rules and unsupervised entropy clustering algorithm and other data mining.Results:Among 128 effective prescriptions,a total of 92 flavors of Chinese medicines were involved,of which the tonics,dampness,and blood circulation drugs were the main ones.Based on the analysis of association rules,one core prescription was obtained,and based on the unsupervised entropy clustering algorithm,34 core Chinese medicine combinations were obtained.Conclusion:Professor Gao treated diabetic kidney disease with both qi and yin deficiency and dampness and blood stasis syndrome,taking samples into consideration,focusing on the combination of illness and rounding up the vitality method,While replenishing qi and nourishing yin to strengthen the body,it also clear away heat and dampness,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to eliminate exogenous evil.
