摘要
中药复方药效物质基础研究是中医药现代化研究的关键领域,是决定中药安全性、有效性和质量控制的基础。中药复方具有多组分、多靶点及整体作用的特点,对其开展物质基础研究较为困难。随着现代技术手段的不断发展,中药药效物质基础研究已取得很大进展并在实践中取得了许多研究成果。通过对中药复方物质基础研究的方法进行探讨,并总结代表性应用成果,为认识中药复方治疗疾病的药效物质基础和实现更高水平的药品品质控制提供思路。
The research on material basis of Chinese herbal compound is the key technology of the modernization of TCM,and is the basis of its safety,effectiveness and quality control.Chinese herbal compound has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and overall effect,which makes the basic research of herbal compound difficult.With the continuous development of modern technology,a variety of research methods on the material basis of herbal compound have been applied in practice and have made some achievements.This article discusses the research methods of the material basis of Chinese herbal compound and summarizes the representative application achievements,which can provide thought for understanding the material basis of Chinese herbal compound and achieving higher levels of drug quality control.
