摘要
目的:研究蒙药安神补心六味丸对小鼠自主活动及镇静作用的影响,为进一步开发研究提供实验依据。方法:采用安神补心六味丸对正常情况下小鼠自由活动的影响,对兴奋模型小鼠自由活动的影响,对协同阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠指数、睡眠率的影响,对协同睡眠剂量戊巴比妥对小鼠睡眠潜伏期、睡眠时间的影响等实验观察该药物对小鼠自主活动的影响及镇静作用。结果:正常情况下小鼠自由活动的影响和兴奋模型小鼠自由活动的影响实验中各给药组不同程度地减少小鼠的自主活动次数和站立次数,其中安神补心六味丸高剂量组和地西泮组显著减少(P<0.05,P<0.01);阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠协同睡眠实验发现,安神补心六味丸各剂量组不同程度地增加小鼠睡眠指数;睡眠剂量戊巴比妥钠协同睡眠实验发现,安神补心六味丸高剂量组和地西泮组显著增加睡眠时间,地西泮组显著减少睡眠潜伏期(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:安神补心六味丸具有镇静、安神作用,其药理作用机制有待进一步深入研究。
Objective:To study the effects of Mongolian medicine Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills on autonomous activity and sedative effect of mice,and to provide experimental basis for further development and research.Methods:Sedative bushing the six flavors pill effect on normal mice free activities,free activities of excitation model mice and the effect of the collaborative subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital to cause mouse sleep index,the influence of the rate of sleep,to sleep together dose of pentobarbital mice experiment to the influence of the incubation period of sleep,the sleep time to observe the effects of the drug on autonomic activities in mice and sedation.Results:The free activity of mice under normal conditions and the free activity of mice in the excited model were affected.In the experiment,the number of autonomous activities and standing times of mice were decreased in each administration group,and the Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills high-dose group and diazepam group were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Sleep experiment with pentobarbital sodium at subthreshold dose showed that Anshen Buxin Liuwei pill increased the sleep index of mice to different degrees in each dose group.Sleep dose pentobarbital sodium and sleep experiment showed that Anshen Buxin Liuwei pill high-dose group and diazepam group significantly reduced sleep time,and diazepam group significantly reduced sleep latency(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills has sedative and tranquilizing effects,and its pharmacological mechanism needs to be further studied.
