摘要
目的:观察耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合子午流注耳穴压豆对白班护士睡眠障碍的干预效果及睡眠质量指数的影响。方法:选取2021年1月~2021年6月期间我院存在睡眠障碍的白班护士75例,经排除标准及脱落筛选后纳入研究70例,依据红蓝球随机平分法将患者设为对照组和研究组,均为35例。对照组采用传统耳穴压豆治疗,研究组采用耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合子午流注耳穴压豆治疗,对比观察两组护士的治疗效果及睡眠质量。结果:治疗前两组护士的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)得分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组护士PSQI得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗有效率的对比上,研究组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合子午流注耳穴压豆更能有效改善白班护士的睡眠质量,明显优于单纯的耳穴压豆疗法,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of ear holographic scraping by copper needle combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow auricular point pressing with beans for sleep disorders of day-working nurses.Methods:Seventy cases of day-working nurses with sleep disorders in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a controlled group by red and blue ball random bisection method,with 35 cases in each group.The research group was treated with auricular holographic scraping therapy by copper needle combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow auricular point pressing with beans,the controlled group was treated with traditional auricular acupoint pressing beans therapy,and the treatment effect and sleep quality of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Therapy Index(PSQI)between the two groups before treatment by using different treatment methods(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of PSQI in the research group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The research group was also significantly better than the controlled group in the comparison of effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear holographic scraping by copper needle combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow auricular point pressing with beans can more effectively improve the sleep quality of day-working nurse than the traditional auricular acupoint pressing beans,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
