阿司匹林对早期复发性流产患者凝血功能及保胎成功率的影响被引量：3

摘要目的探究早期复发性流产女性孕前使用阿司匹林治疗后的效果及对凝血功能的影响。方法抽签法将87例早期复发性流产女性分为两组,孕前两组均予保胎方孕前3个月口服治疗,试验组44加服阿司匹林,对比两组分娩结局及3月末凝血功能。结果试验组治疗3月末凝血酶时间(TT)及保胎成功率均较常规组高,D-二聚体水平较常规组低(P<0.05)。结论早期复发性流产女性于孕前3月进行阿司匹林治疗,可改善其血栓前状态致的特殊凝血状态,提高其保胎成功率。
